All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. This online system features live tutors who are available to help with citizenship preparation. Help is available in English and Spanish
English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes
Our classes are designed to help those obtain basic English fluency. Classes are typically held Mondays through Thursdays mornings from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Call 626-798-0833 x. 102 for details.

One of the leading advocacy organizations in the U.S. dedicated to advancing and defending the rights and opportunities of low-income immigrants and their loved ones.
Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA)
Offers an Immigrant Assistance Hotline and immigration legal services at low-cost to its members. Its Seize the Dream program aims to assist eligible immigrant youth in applying for DACA. Its Legal Services Department has helped thousands of individuals to become citizens and reunite with their families.
Immigration Resource Center of San Gabriel Valley
Exists to support the immigrant population in San Gabriel Valley by providing quality low-cost immigration legal services and referral services. Offers a crucial information resource page. An extension of Mountainside Communion
LA County Office of Immigrant Affairs
A guide to immigration resources and immigrant rights. Users can access legal resources, learn how to file immigration fraud claims, and learn about their path to citizenship.
California Attorney General
The California Attorney General's Office has been on the front lines of countless fights defending the rights of immigrants in California.
Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Immigration Legal Assistance Project
Provides low-cost legal assistance and counseling, including assistance with various immigration applications.
Central American Resource Center (CARECEN)
A nonprofit organization that offers low-cost immigration legal services, community education programs, and advocacy and organizing to achieve fair and more inclusive immigration, education, and labor laws and policies in LA and the nation.
Assembly Bill (AB) 60 Driver License Program
This Bill requires the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to issue a driver license to any California resident who is unable to submit satisfactory proof of legal presence in the US. Applicants must meet all other qualifications for licensure and must provide satisfactory proof of identity and residency.
