How to Reserve a Room
You can reserve a room in person at our the Information Desk, through our library app, at any of our self-service kiosks or by clicking here.
Room sign-ups can be made up to 7 days in advance.
Rooms are available for use by patrons who have a valid library card and are 13 years or older.
Patrons may reserve rooms for two (2) hours maximum per day.

Literacy Center Classroom & Meeting Room Guidelines
All meeting rooms and the literacy classroom are on a first-come, first served basis during library hours. There is no charge for use of the rooms.
Maximum classroom occupancy: 8; maximum meeting room occupancy: 3
All rooms must be vacated no later than 15 minutes before closing.
Each reserved room is held for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the hold - and room - is released.
Patrons need to check out a room card at the Information Desk before entering the room.
Individuals/groups should be in the room during their reserved time; departure to use the restroom or acquire a study aid is allowed.
Individuals signing up for the room assume responsibility for all damages, making sure the room is clear of all personal belongings and trash at the end of use.
Covered drinks ARE allowed. No food is allowed.
Room lights must remain on, and the door must remain unlocked.
Library staff may enter and remain in a meeting room at any time in performance of work duties.
Loud noise and disruptive behavior will result in immediate loss of privileges to use the meeting rooms.
Library staff members have the authority to ask individuals/groups to leave for inappropriate behavior.
