Laufey Book Club x Altadena Library Collab Launches August 23
We are thrilled to be partnering with Grammy Award-winning artist Laufey and her global book club on an Altadena Library X Laufey Book Club library card and celebrating A Very Laufey Day 2026!
This limited-edition card will be available at our Bob Lucas Library starting Sunday, August 23. Join us from 1 to 5 p.m. for limited-edition library cards and bookmarks. Make a bookish craft and and take photos in our Laufey-themed photo station while we listen to Laufey music.
These limited-edition cards also will be available at our Loma Alta Park location and our mobile van stops starting Monday, August 24, while supplies last.
Like every Altadena Library card, this library card is a free all-access pass to books, video games, and our Library of Things collection. It also provides you with access to all of our digital resources, including hundreds of thousands of audiobooks, ebooks, streaming media, online magazines, newspapers, and electronic databases to help you skill up, get tutoring help, find a job, or just discover something new.
