It’s easy to support local businesses and earn exclusive Altadena Libraries merchandise through our updated Read Local, Shop Local.

Here’s how it works:

• Sign up for Read Local, Shop Local at either the Main Library or Bob Lucas Memorial Library and get a rewards card.
• Visit and connect with a participating local business.
• Check in at the register to have your card initialed.
• After collecting 10 check-ins, bring your rewards card back to the library to be redeemed for exclusive merchandise!
• Collect up to 20 more check-ins and earn up to three rewards per year.
