Patron-Initiated Purchases (PIP) are suggestions submitted by patrons through their account in the online Catalog that are then purchased and reviewed by librarians and may be added to the Altadena Library collection. There is a limit of 12 PIP requests (with a maximum of 5 a month), per fiscal year, per patron, as of June 2021.

Please contact purchasesuggestions@altadenalibrary.org if you have any other questions about purchase suggestions.
