The Altadena Library District offers a number of services to support teachers both inside and outside of the classroom, including:
- Teacher Card: Borrow library materials for an extended period with no fines. For more information about Teacher Cards call the library at (626) 798-0833 or ask at the Circulation desk.
- Assignment Suport: Fill out the Homework Alert Form and our Librarian will gather materials for you or your students on a specific topic.
- Library Visits: Bring your class to the library to hear stories, take a tour, learn how to find and use library resources, or get library cards.
- Free Tutoring: The library provides free access to Live Homework Help for all students with Altadena Library cards. Students can receive one-on-one help in math, science, English, and history on demand from professional tutors. Tutors are available in 4th-12th grade subjects, including Advanced Placement level courses.
