We have wrapped up the Community Conversations for now and are getting ready for the big town hall which will be a very collaborative working event on April 27 at 7pm at Farnsworth Park Community Building.
One recurring theme during the conversations was the Town Council. Many attendees expressed interest in knowing more about how the Council works, etc. The following information is from the Neighbors Building a Better Altadena (NBBA), blog:
During the Main Library Closure the Bob Lucas Branch Library at 2659 Lincoln Ave. will be open 7 days per week.
Monday - Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday & Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 12pm to 4pm
The Altadena Library does offer a Notary service on most days during our open hours. You may want to call and check first to make sure our Notary is in. 626-798-0833 x 101 - ask for Melloney.
The fee is $15.00 per notary and must be paid in cash or check.
Did you want to join in the conversation but could not make any of the scheduled events? This is your opportunity to join in.
On Thursday, March 9 at 7pm in the Library's Community Room we will be having an open community conversation.
