Did you want to join in the conversation but could not make any of the scheduled events? This is your opportunity to join in.
On Thursday, March 9 at 7pm in the Library's Community Room we will be having an open community conversation.
To create or not to create? There’s no question – Create!
We are working hard to make sure that we are closed for as short a time as possible. With that in mind we have been chipping away at our To Do list.
Last week we installed new doors at both entrances and we put new ceiling tiles in the Community Room.
This week newly upholstered furnishings are starting to arrive as well as some mid-century knock-off items. We also took down the old blinds in the small meeting room and replaced them with Roller Shades which actually help to control the termperature in this small room as well.
If you haven't seen our Featured Artist in the Reading Court please take time to stop by before the month is over!
We had a slight schedule change:
February band is now: Splish Splash Band
April band is now: Louis Van Taylor Quintet
They were kind enough to switch when there was a scheduling conflict.
If you have visited our library I hope you have noticed the
outdoor bronze sculpture, “Tree of Life” (entrance near bridge) by David Oliver Green.
